The agency is made by people. Meet our new faces.

TRIAD recently celebrated its nineteenth anniversary, and in many ways, it still retains the spirit of the good old days. Nestled beneath the majestic Devín Castle, it harbors ambitions to make its mark globally. And yet, it‘s continuously evolving into a different version of TRIAD over the years. It’s always transformingwith its clients, challenges, victories, and most notably, with its people. With a dozen new members joined over the past year, it has become somewhat different once again. Get acquainted with the new faces of TRIAD.

A Successful Prank by Lucka

On April 1, 2023, Lucia Kekeňak became a part of our team. A mathematician by training, she had ventured into the unpredictable world of advertising well before. Her journey through digital agencies accumulated experiences, senior writing positions at WLB, and numerous accolades, eventually leading her to Devín.

Lucka is an adept senior copywriter and ideator, boasting several accolades, including notable silverware at Slovakia’s Young Lions competition. Her impact on Team 29 was felt immediately, contributing significantly to VÚB Bank’s campaigns, fostering development for Corwin, and consistently supplying LIDL with original ideas.

Soňa, the Tempest from Záhorie

Adhering to the principle that “energy beats talent,” we meticulously consider potential during our hiring process. Soňa Kočková didn’t just pass through our filter—she shattered it. Educated in Denmark, and once an intern at a quaint agency in Záhorie, she initially leaned on Instagram and TikTok more than understanding them, yet quickly caught up at an astonishing pace. Now, she’s a savvy social media expert and an aspiring ideator.

Together with her colleague Lenka, they’ve crafted a formidable duo within the Barmani team, already credited with remarkable projects, such as this one.

Anh, a Trail of Inspiration

Team 29 has undergone significant transformation in the past year. Alongside Keke, notable additions include Mazo as art director, Wosa stepping in as unit creative director, and Anh Doan taking up the mantle of team leader, with her metaphorical katana in tow.

Anh brings twelve years of rich experience from her tenure at Istropolitana Ogilvy, MUW, and Free Andy, having led multiple teams and helmed projects for a wide array of clients, including telecom operators, insurance firms, and banks. She notably spearheaded the team that successfully navigated a CSOB client from the “Jake” concept to the “Owl” concept.

Her expertise is palpable, and her presence is felt even before she enters a room—a testament to her formidable character. Rest assured, she leaves a mark.

Monika, the Lion Queen

Monika Farkašová began her journey as a social worker in Zaragoza, then expanded her horizons with a two-year stint at the international agency PI&C in New York and Milan, eventually evolving into the role of Strategy Director during her four years at oh my DOT.

Since October 2023, she has been lending her strategic prowess to both the Bratislava and Prague branches of TRIAD. Previously managing Tesco across four countries, she now primarily navigates Kozel’s branding for sixteen countries. Besides, she initiated the hugely successful invisible.sk and has consistently clinched the Slovak Young Lions, adding to her accolades with a coveted award at the global Young Lions finals in Cannes. She is gearing up for another visit; let’s wish her luck.

Šimon and Kamil: A Dynamic Duo

Our ranks are also bolstered by the exceedingly gifted and experienced pair, Šimon Gál and Kamil Krajňák. Šimon, like Wosa, is adept at navigating both the realms of creativity and strategy, assisting TRIAD with his expertise. He’s traversed through several agencies (Respect App, Elite), and understands the client perspective well, having spent years in marketing at ČSOB. Šimon is not just any resident DJ at Mullet bar but also a strategic and creative force for clients such as O2 and Fun radio at TRIAD.

Kamil honed his art director skills through experiences at agencies MADE, Jung von Matt, WLB, and Elite. Working for brands like Orange, Tatrabanka, Heineken, he now leads the creative team Barmani. A design enthusiast, Kamil thrives on generating fresh ideas and distinguishes himself by diligently reading emails to their very end. His commitment to creating visually appealing content is matched only by his passion for hockey in the evenings.

Natália: A Digital Maestro

Natália Blašková, an adept account manager, has navigated through the realms of ELITE and MUW agencies over seven years, joining our Barmani team last fall.

Her vast experience with clients like Orange, Budiš, ČSOB, and JTRE is now channelled primarily into projects for O2.

The O2 blue seems to match her well, just as much as her candid frustration with tools like Slack, Outlook, Zoom, and others. Recently, she has led the project for the launch of O2 JUNIOR’s product. Check out the campaign’s success.

Account Managers Lenka, Lisa, and Nika

The account management teams in both Bartenders and in 29 have been reinforced by three additional bright new faces.

Hailing from Ukraine, Lisa Koryakina’s journey to TRIAD, via our 10-day agency challenge (a reminder worth repeating), exemplifies grit. Despite being new to the advertising agency arena, her background as a barista and author of a thesis on coffee did not deter her from earning a gold medal in the Slovak Young Lions (with her partner Ava) and securing a place on the YL Cannes shortlist.

Nika Fedorjaková, also from the East but closer to home, transitioned from Promiseo in Košice where she cared for clients like East Slovak Energy and the White Crayon initiative, which earned her a Digital Pie award. A veteran of the night, her stamina in work and play is unmatched. Outlasting Nika on the dance floor? Good luck with that.

Lenka Chorvátová, previously an account manager at MARK/BBDO for over six years, has contributed significantly to Team 29 since this year. When away from the computer, she finds solace in the wilds, engages in sports, or practices pole dancing. She values organization and a good cup of coffee both in her personal and professional life.

David and Miloš

David “Dejvi” Malecký, a graduate in hotel management from Aalborg, switched from Grand Kempinski to providing strategic plays in the gaming industry with SuperScale, and now, dedicates his social media acumen to Team 29. His passion for sport yachting is evident, as showcased by his commendable second-place finish in a regatta.

Miloš Karapancsik, marks the first real DTP graphic designer in our agency’s nineteen-year legacy—coincidentally mirroring the length of his career. A calm and collected professional, when not immersed in designing, he explores Asia and South America or unwinds with a book in hand. For those intrigued, he recommends “Kinsmen: The Life, Love, and Art of the Neanderthals.”

Embarking on this blog, I hadn’t realized the number of extraordinary talents it would encompass. The result is a dazzling dozen. Beyond these, countless more seasoned TRIAD contributors fill our ranks, crafting a truly vibrant community. The excitement for what lies ahead is palpable.

P.S.

It’s worth mentioning that eight women from our TRIAD team have advanced to the finals in the Young Lions Slovakia. Among them, Monika, Ava, and Miš triumphed, earning their passage to Cannes for the global round. Congratulations are in order—well done, ladies.
