TRIAD has recently celebrated its nineteenth anniversary, remaining in some aspects the same old TRIAD, nestled under the majestic Devín Castle with ambitions spanning the globe. Yet, it has been a different TRIAD countless times. It’s constantly evolving, adjusting with its clients, obstacles, successes, and most significantly, its people. With a dozen new faces in the past year, TRIAD has transformed once again. Allow us to introduce them to you.
A Successful Prank by Lucky
Lucia Kekeňaková arrived on April 1, 2023, turning the unpredictable advertising world upside down with her mathematical prowess, gradually acquired from her experiences across digital agencies, senior writing positions at WLB, and various accolades. Her journey has now led her to Devín.
As a seasoned senior copywriter and idea generator, Lucia has claimed notable accolades, including a distinguished silver in the Slovak Young Lions. Her talents were quickly leveraged by Team 29, enriching campaigns for VÚB Bank, Corwin, and refreshing LIDL with innovative ideas.
Soňa, the Tempest from Záhorie
“Energy beats talent” is our guiding principle in selecting new talent. Soňa Kočková didn’t just meet this standard; she exceeded it. She honed her skills in Denmark, interned at a boutique agency in Záhorie, and quickly mastered the realms of Instagram and TikTok. Now, Soňa emerges as a skilled social strategist and promising creative mind.
In the Barmani team, she and her colleague Lenka create an exceptional pair, already known for remarkable projects, such as this one.
Anh, Who Sliced Through Our Expectations
Team 29 has evolved significantly over the last year, strengthened by additions such as Mazo as an art director, Wosa as a unit creative director, and Anh Doan, who brought her sharp insights to the leadership role.
With twelve years at the helm of projects for agencies like Istropolitan Ogilvy, MUW, and Free Andy, Anh has led diverse teams and pioneered projects across telecommunications, insurance, and banking. Her standout leadership facilitated a successful brand transition for CSOB, moving from “Jake” to “Owl”.
Her vast experience and dynamic presence are immediately noticeable, Oftentimes, her energy fills the room before she does—a guarantee from us.
Monika, the Leonine Queen
Monika Farkašová embarked on her journey as a social worker in Zaragoza, ventured for two years into foreign agencies in New York and Milan with PI&C, and rose to become a strategy director with oh my DOT within four years.
Since October 2023, she has lent her strategic expertise to both Bratislava and Prague TRIAD offices. Managing Tesco across four countries previously, she now spearheads Kozel for sixteen countries. Beyond her day job, Monika launched the highly popular initiative invisible.sk and has consistently triumphed in the Slovak Young Lions, securing her place in Cannes once again. We’re all rooting for her.
The Dynamic Duo: ŠIMON AND KAMIL
Šimon Gál and Kamil Krajňák, both exceptionally experienced and creative, have become invaluable to TRIAD. Šimon adeptly bridges creativity and strategy, bringing insights from his tenure at various agencies and in the marketing department of ČSOB. As a client, he has garnered six notable acknowledgments and now drives strategic and creative visions, particularly for O2 and Fun Radio.
Kamil, having honed his skills with agencies like MADE, Jung von Matt, WLB, and Elite, leads creative projects for notable clients such as Orange, Tatrabanka, and Heineken. A design enthusiast, Kamil ensures elegance in visuals while engaging in evening hockey matches.
NATÁLIA, Commander Against Computers
Natália Blašková, with seven years in the field, transitioned from agencies ELITE and MUW to our Bartenders team. She now applies her experience from brands such as Orange, Budiš, and ČSOB to crafting strategies primarily for O2.
Her affinity for the blue hues of O2 pairs well with her discerning scrutiny of digital tools. Recently, she led the project team for the O2 JUNIOR product launch campaign. Check out the campaign’s success.
Account Managers Lenka, Lisa, and Nika
Three additional talents, Lenka, Lisa, and Nika, have bolstered our account management teams in Bartenders and 29.
Lisa Koryakina, hailing from Ukraine, illustrates the power of persistence and imagination. Despite this being her debut in advertising, her background as a barista and coffee scholar has already led her to victory in the Slovak Young Lions and a shortlisting at Cannes.
Nika Fedorjaková, from the east yet closer to home, brings her rich experience from Promiseo in Košice to Devín, proving her mettle in projects for significant clients. Her vitality in both work and play sets a challenging standard for endurance.
Lenka Chorvátová, with over six years at MARK/BBDO, now brings her expertise and passion for exploration to Team 29, aiming to infuse order and quality in projects and caffeine in breaks.
David and Miloš, a Tale of Passion and Precision
David “Dejvi” Malecky, transitioning from hotel management to the esports arena and finally to social media mastery within Team 29, demonstrates the diversity of passion. Meanwhile, Miloš Karapancsik, our first true DTP graphic artist, brings years of experience and a serene demeanor to crafting visual masterpieces.
As I penned this blog, I hadn’t anticipated the tales and achievements of these twelve personalities would fill these pages. Beyond these stories, dozens of experienced TRIAD members craft a vibrant and dynamic team. The synergy promises even brighter achievements ahead.
